"I have to say normally I refuse to go to this Carls jr. and I wont go into details on why, but today I decided to give them a shot and I am glad I did the older gentleman at the window was the sweetest. He really made my day. He was informative, knowledgable and just overall nice and thats what Carls jr. needs more men like him.I will definately be coming back as long as he is working"

"On 1/8/24, we headed to CJs to get a late night meal. Purchased numerous different items including a Guacamole bacon angus burger. As we paid for our items, we checked the receipt and noticed that employee had input the incorrect burger. We informed her that we ordered the guacamole bacon angus burger, she went took back our order and “corrected” it. When we arrived home, ready to enjoy our food. Upon opening our food, we noticed that our burgers were still incorrect and made horribly. This is the 3rd time this CJs have made our orders incorrect even when the business was slow, this is a prime example of poor service due to employee lack of attention to detail. We notified the manager and his response was “what can I do?” As he hung up. How can anyone work in the service industry but yet not want to hold themselves to a higher standard. We were not rude, patiently waited for our food and tried to get our food corrected multiple times but have yet to see an improvement from this establishment. If you’re looking for a quick bite to eat, with quality food, a professional and friendly team then do not go to this Carls Jr. I would highly recommend going to the McDonald’s next door or Wendy’s down the street than paying for low grade food and service. Mistakes are given to be made but when management fails to acknowledge their mistake numerous times and can’t be apologetic then that’s a concern. Take your hard earned money else where, happy new year."

"TL;DR: The food was good, but the TV was very glitchy and distracting. The food, seating, and staff are all great though, and I would still reccomend eating here. My only real problem with this Carl's Jr. is the TV in the dining area. It's ignorable, butit takes effort. In my last visit, it was glitching out and very distracting during my family's conversation. It's not adeal-breaker by any means, but it's just so noisy. I couldn't really make out anything that was said, really. It's just oddlyspecific static, and mildly annoying. The TV aside, the staff in the front were very nice; I have nothing bad to say aboutthem, I'm glad to say. When you dine in, they take the food to YOU! That's always a bit of a pleasant shock whenever me and myfamily go to Carl's Jr. Another thing is the seating. There's always room, even at lunch-hour, because the seating isliterally in a whole seperate ROOM! There's lots of places to sit, whether you want a central seat where you can see and be seenfrom everywhere, or a quiet corner for intimate eating intrigue. They rarely have food that isn't available, too. And the foodthat's there is always very good and fresh-tasting. By the time most people read this the promotion would probably be over, butthe Jurassic Burger (as of July 2022 is REALLY good and MASSIVE. I love the burgers of Carl's Jr. even if I don't like thepolitics (which has happily been somewhat rectified I believe . I took off two stars from five because of the TV. If it were aten-star system, I would give it a 7/10, to be honest, not a six, it's not THAT big of a deal. If I'm eating with you and youhave problems with background noise (ADHD or maybe you're just nervous , I would take you somewhere else. If you're on your ownwith headphones, you'll be fine. My family and I were able to have a discussion easily enough, but we spoke of the TV often.It's a tiny one in a corner of the ceiling, so the picture, when it's any good, is rather difficult to make"

"As someone who has worked in fast food I can honestly say that their Night crew is consistently slow but the night crew for 8/10/22 at approximately 8:50pm was rude and unprofessional. Apparently they can’t add a simple menu item chocolate lava cake that isn’t something that needs to be cooked. I’d understand if it was another combo being added at the window and they had a super long line but it wasn’t. There was 1 additional car behind me and that was it. There’s a reason this location doesn’t get that busy. The food was cold fries half cooked partially frozen. I’d understand mistakes like that if it was a dinner rush but it was dead. The manager for night crew is young and lazy. Would definitely benefit from a retraining."
