"We went on a Sunday for a quick meal as we had been busy all day, having booked so we could be in and out for a quick meal. It took some time for the meals to arrive. Both of our meals were not cooked properly. The waitress was new and struggling (not a problem normally) and didn't check whether our meals were OK, which I would have thought was one of the first things to be taught. We overheard that the kitchen was struggling to cope. We had a problem to attract anyone's attention and had to wait until the end of the meal when we were ready to pay to say something about the quality of the meal. The person in charge deducted an amount from the bill because of the difficulties, but I would rather have had a good quality meal and experience. Because of the delays we were late for an appointment."

"My daughter won their mothers day comp and I can recommend that you should all book a table as I had the most amazing Mother's Day! Fernandez offers fantastic food, very friendly and helpful staff, they really go above and beyond! We will most definitely be going back!
