"At about 4:30 a.m. in the drive through the line advised and was said the system was down and it would take 10 minutes. I sat with the redner and asked about 6 minutes later, someone would let me know when it was up. there was no answer. I moved around and called four times no answer, but saw this worker sitting on her phone. two more cars standing behind me and ordered nothing. When I finally got someone on the phone, I told him that we were sitting here and he said that he believed I was calling the wrong place. I told him I saw him out of the window and then he told someone I was there. a worker came into the window and said the system was down, and I told her that I called several times no one answered and I even tried to talk through the loudspeaker, no one said anything. then she tried to tell me that she was tied to do that and make sandwiches, and I informed her that I saw someone sitting on the phone all the time."

"Over 35 minutes from the time I ordered to finally getting my food is totally unacceptable..And to top it off EVERYTHING I ordered was wrong. I had a coupon for 2 whopper meals. I requested no pickles, onion rings, and diet coke for both orders. There were only 3 cars ahead of me yet it still took 25 minutes to move. I observe people standing around when I pull up. The clerk accepts my money, takes several minutes to give me the change. She hands me a greasy bag were I immediately see 2 orders of fries. I hand the bag back to her and remind her it is supposed to be onion rings. She gives the bag to another person and tells me it will be ready in a few minutes. She just stands there. I ask for catsup, she hands me a few packs of VERY sticky catsup packages. She finally hands the bag back to me and turns away. She turns back and I tell her she didn't give me the diet coke yet. She hands me a watered down cup which something tells me to taste. It was regular coke. Finally get 2 fresh diet cokes, but get home to discover both sandwiches are full of pickle making them unedible. A whopper meal is my favorite hamburger, but this is not the 1st time this has happened to me at this location so I won't be back. I understand everyone is shorthanded, but no one seemed to even be trying to do their jobs promptly or even correctly."
