"Horrible food sat in the rain cuz the wouldn't move us inside. The server was not paying any attention and gave everything to the three year old to pass out or put on the table. She was talking to her friends the whole time and fries were covered in sugar. Will never eat there again. They were out of fruit and never asked if we wanted to replace it with anything. Just walked away"

"Good food but frozen onion rings? I understand the cost standard. Years ago on Lake Blvd, there was a drive-in called, 'Big Als ' best onion rings in Redding!!! It is no longer there. But good hamburger though"

"Update: A bit of a wait, staff were clear about letting kitchen staff catch up on orders. As busy as it was, staff fulfilled tasks in good manner. Food was plentiful and prices decent. Didn't care much for the French toast this time, but sauce on Egg Benedict was good. Orig: First time in here, waiter was friendly and was able to give menu info/feedback and suggestions. Portions are large, the ham is delicious thick as opposed to many chain breakfast joints. I recommend the banana nut french toast."

"My wife and I wanted a nice laid-back place to sit outside and enjoy a fun dinner. We ended up being very disappointed by the service. Our server took about 10-15 minutes to get to the table (which feels like an eternity when you are waiting to order beverages). They took our drink order and quickly returned with a cocktail and waters but the beer we ordered was delayed by a few minutes. Not a big deal, but then the night went south. We didn't see our server again for a very long time. We started to feel like our appetizer was a little delayed when food runners showed up with our entrees. No app in sight. We let them know and eventually the server brought our app. But we were halfway into the meal by that point. The food tasted fine. Nothing extraordinary but not bad. The nachos, I admit, were delicious. The mac and cheese we ordered was described to have bread crumbs but was missing that. Fortunately the server had it taken care of pretty quickly. We were never asked about having our drinks refilled. And after eating, we waited a long time for our check. It just seemed to take forever for everything. None of the problems by themselves would have been a big deal, but together it added up to a somewhat unpleasant experience. The server was nice and apologetic. They also comped us the appetizer which was nice. May have been an off night or maybe a new server, but I can't say I would recommend going on a Saturday night. Also, we did enjoy the outdoor seating area. It was a little tight, but the ambiance was nice."

"Wow... has been driven by this small inconceivable place for years and never realized that they sell the best hamburgers in Northern California with some of the best service we have received for years from any Fast Food Joint... Fast food, the gourmet tastes and at a very good price... 5 stars above the board... Very recommended and know that I do not pass this place without stopping again..."
