"Third time getting Mammy's Boy and each time some kind of problem . First time we waited about 45 mins for two bags of chips, second time something similar, but both times the quality of the food almost made us forget about the wait and we kept ordering again. Until this time. Ordered three burgers, two battered sausages, chips etc and we had organised for Deliveroo to deliver it. Ordered at 7:20-7:40pm approx. By 9 the food still wasn't here. Then we got a phone call saying that they had basically forgotten to put half of our meal in the bag and the deliveroo person was on the way with half of our order. Not good enough. First delivery arrived and all the food was cold and chips were soggy and a totally different standard to the last time we got them. We were checking on our order and complaining about how the orders came separately and we were offered no solution or compensation, at this point you would expect something to be taken off the bill or even a voucher for next time. Food finally came a second time and they did resend the first order again too. One of the burgers consisted of just the bun, literally nothing else... yeah. Also this whole process probably took close to 3 hours. You can imagine we had a house full of unhappy and hungry people who will think twice before ordering from here again. Poor service"
