"Absolutely bad. I asked for a vanilla cherry dr pepper. Nothing hard about it yet they had gotten that wrong 2x one was just dr pepper. Second time they added the cherry but not the vanilla and I just left before they could fix it again because I was already in line for an hour just waiting on a drink. I can sympathize that they may or may not be low on workers but is that a good reason for customer service to not even exist anymore?"

"There’s a lot that’s left to be desired for this place. I ordered a double cheese burger, out comes a single patty burger. I ordered a whopper, out comes a sad excuse for a burger with a thin patty and NOTHING else in it. Please, keep your customers in mind with their orders. Bad taste in my mouth both figuratively and literally."

"Prices didn't match what hotel room menu had. $11.95 vs. actual $14.95 for steak fingers. They were mostly battered fingers hold the steak. Fries were good though. Overpriced for what you get."

"I. Love. Bunker21!!! Not only is their food good, but I also really like their service/staff. They are very kind and attentive. Shout out to Megan she's the sweetest. As for their food, you can't go wrong with their chicken. Their hot and crispy, umami soy, yogurt Parmesan, and sweet and spicy flavors are good. Did I just list all the flavors? Lol I'm not sure but they're very good. Apart from their wings, their fries are *chef's kiss*!! Super heavy but delicious you should definitely try it out on your cheat day xD"
