"Calamares ok as a starter, thank God! Although needed allioli for flavour. Ordered garlic chicken which was so over cooked it was inedible and impossible to cut with a knife. However, my partner ordered lamb chops ‘grande’ which turned out to be a stick of bone with a square centimetre of meat which required 2 weeks of chewing. Basic 6 euro wine was great and quaffable. Service was good but let down by incompetent chef. Unfortunately, it’s proximity to Bonterra Park means they are not so likely to get repeat long term winter business from us northern europeans. What a shame!!"

"Location is situated on the beach with nice view over the sea. Not clearly separated but the location covers 2 different food institutions (almost 3) in one. There is a kind of fast-eating area, where you can have hamburgers and other related, which i believe it works all the day time. There is a small bar where a mixed crowd of locals and tourists gather together into a nice atmosphere. Then there is restaurant opened normal Spanish restaurant hours. The present review is for the restaurant. The restaurant comes like a very nice surprise. It is very well located, stunning view and the food is great. The wine list is very good too. We have been there several times. Thumb up for the marisco paella and for the incredible tasty house cake (special orange muffin topped with hot chocolate served with ginger ice cream and biscuit). Also, for the discoverers, try and ask for the local fish. We had a convincing experience with a super fresh Peter’s fish (JohnDory). TIP: restaurant is completely open. So they use fans instead of air-conditioning. Good thing is that the fans can do the job. IF you stay exactly beneath one. So please give a call and make a reservation for “a table under the fan”."
