"If I could only give 10 stars! Not only is the food delicious we had the Carolina bbq-plentiful, delicious and seasoned to perfection with tasty collard greens and a huge generously loaded baked potato) but the service from Tamara was friendly, attentive just amazing. On top of it all we left a windbreaker and James the manager took the extra time and effort to mail it to us. Well run and managed. Thanks for everything!"

"Haven’t tried enough to get a good feel of what they have to offer yet. I always come back for a second round and always leave a update so follow for more. What we ordered today was really good pizza but a little expensive compared to others and lacking a little flavor compared to local diners in the vicinity. Staff was really is good of taking care of you A+ service. We ordered the Very Veggie and ate it all. We also ordered the house salad with seared salmon and that was gone before I could get a picture of it."

"I've always been told to go to the Purple onion, it being a west Alabama staple, went in for the first time and was not disappointed. The hummus was amazing, the pilaf delicious, my kebabs perfectly cooked and seasoned. Will definitely come back whenever Im in the area."

"We went thru the drive thru tonight. Plenty staffed, quick with food and the food was outstanding. I got the smoked wings and onion rings. My dad got the chili baker. Highly recommend them."

"The service was good. The food was good. I've been here before, but it's not my favorite place because it's dark. Half the restaurant is built in a hill. I say that... the desserts are great. So delicious and homemade. We took 3 desserts to go and it was as wonderful as they packed everything with instructions on preparing warm desserts. My favourite item we ate for this late lunch was the fetters Alfredo with grilled chicken."
