"It's like a maze inside the floor between the kitchen and toilet is slippery when wet I found Overall the Sunday Roast was plenty did not like the red cabbage it had a smokey taste the parsnip was deep fried but seasonal veg was fresh and cooked perfectly and plenty of gravy we did not get to have dessert we were told we had to go as the table was needed for the next customer even though we'd only been sat an hour this dampend the entire meal they had clearly over booked which was not our fault but their own calculation what a shame"

"First date night in 3 years. Worth the wait! Everything from start to finish was lovely, great atmosphere, amazing food and such a warm welcome......the bar 3 doors down (owned by Steak and stamp) where we waited until our table was ready was really cosy and welcoming. Highly recommended if you like Steak, the cuts were like butter and the sides were perfect. Loved it so much, we booked for our friends to come in January as we were paying the bill. Thank you Steak and Stamp"

"Booked here for a Friday night, surprised it wasn't busier. Lovely decoration and colour scheme which works well. Very courteous and friendly service. Three of us had great Biryanis and my wife chose Tandoori mixed grill which went down well. Will definitely visit again when in the area."

"Excellent place for trying traditional and British favourites. Buffet (all you can eat) is on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. The selection is great; classics like tikka masala, korma, balti and rice dishes, along with starters of onion bhaji, chicken pakora and the amazing garlic mushrooms, plus homemade and more traditional Indian dishes (authentic and really good). Poppadoms and naan also provided, noodles, chips etc. There is also a small dessert selection, this time there was a homemade rice pudding dish which was so good. Such a good selection, great value and lovely service. I absolutely love the buffet at this place and we return time and time again for the food."
