"This place has a classic American diner feel, including a table inside of a car by the entrance. Considering we're not in the US, I'll give them credit for doing a decent job with the decor. I ordered the Dodge Challenger burger, which comes with onion rings (I don't like onions and gave them to my friends) and bacon. It was OK. I guess after having eaten so many burgers during the Master Burger promotion, I wanted something different and interesting, but it was pretty standard."

"Muchas veces algún sitio nos encanta o nos gusta mucho, pero es sitio me descrestó totalmente. El servicio y la atención de su personal es fenomenal. La frescura de sus ingredientes de primera calidad hacen que sus preparaciones sean deliciosas. La pizza moriskos y el baby beef son deliciosos. Me llamó la atención el dispositivo en cada mesa para llamar a mesero o pedir la cuenta. Recomendadisimo el sitio para todos"

"We ate in their new location in the new and fabulous and huge Viva Centro Comercial in Envigado. I'm not sure, but this place can have replaced the nearby Envigado location listed here on TripAdvisor. I had enjoyed thier incredible Rib Entrees at home (or hotel delivery (Rappi, and perhaps Uber Eats, but that was my first time to eat in one of their restaurants. You also have locations in Mayoraca Mall and Laureles. I am usually not a fan of ribs eating because his much work for just a little meat on each bone. But not here at Federal Ribs! A half rack along with the two sides (selection of about 8 options- their Cole Slav side is very good, which is rarely found in Colombia is quite full. And a full rack is certainly a filling. The taste, texture and quality of their ribs is amazingly good! You also have burgers and other peat options and a children's menu. But if you go to a rib place, you should want to enjoy her rib eaters, it seems to me. They also offer a chocie of several appetizers. We enjoyed the chicken quesadillas that delivered 8 pieces of two Queensadillas to share enough for 2 persons. I also discovered a trio of exotic Brentana Sparking Soda drinks (Parchadas with rum or vodka added and exotic fruits, in Tinto, Rose Blanco versions, served in a large Wince glass. My Rose Parchada w/rum was delightful refreshing and simply enough alcohol to make it sparkle in my mouth, and a perfect fit for my ribs. If you love Ribs, Federal Ribs is the place to go to Medelllin!"

"Ay Caramba restaurants specialize in Tex-Mex cuisine in the Greater Medellin area. I ate at my first Ay Caramba today with my wife. The Ay Caramba at which we dined is in the "Buena Mesa" restaurant district of Envigado. It attracts a young, trendy, middle-class crowd. We had lunch at the restaurant on a Monday afternoon... the restaurant was virtually empty with the exception of another group of patrons. Ay Caramba offers a number of daily specials for drink and food. I would recommend checking the restaurant's website or calling them. The total bill for a nachos appetizer, lomito ay caramba (sirloin steak) and pechuga al carbon (grilled boneless chicken breast), drinks and 10% tip came to 72,000 pesos.. roughly $38 US. Ay Caramba Envigado is situated on Calle 30 between two other restaurants. The décor is plain and simple, and seating is comfortable. There is a limited number of tables on the front patio. (The flexiglass awning makes the patio hot on sunny days, though.) The bar is well-stocked with a variety of beer and liquor, but unless you are taking an advantage of a drink special, drinks can be somewhat pricey. My advice if you want to go to Ay Caramba for drinks, check out the drink specials and happy hours. THE FOOD: The food menu represents typical Tex-Mex and grill/BBQ meat selections. For those who care to eat light, there is a choice of Tex-Mex salads. Appetizers such as nachos and soups are available as well. Although the quality of the raw ingredients used in the preparation of our meals was excellent, the finished products were uninspiring in terms of taste. (Texture, freshness and presentation were fine.) The portions served were generous to say the least. Premium beef (Brangus, Angus and American imports) can be had at premium prices. I ordered the following items from the menu: Nachos especial- The house special nachos was a large serving of baked nachos on a bed of chili con carne, refried beans, guacamole and a cheese topping. A helping of pico de gallo (chopped tomato, onion, jalapeno and cilantro) was served on the side. The nachos were marginal... the taste was not tantalizing at all. All of the ingredients that should have added life to this dish simply did not. Lomito Ay Caramba- This was a generous sirloin cut. Good tender sirloin is difficult to find in greater Medellin, but this was a very tender piece of beef. The sirloin was smothered in melted cheese (I could not determine what type of cheese, though). The sirloin looked delicious, but after the first bite, I was disappointed. The meat was flavorless. My potato puree was dry, plain and boring. I was also served a garden salad which was comprised of half a pound of shredded lettuce a small vegetable topping and a teaspoon of salad dressing. I took a few bites of the salad and left it alone. SERVICE:The service at Ay Caramba was friendly and efficient. We ended up tipping our waitress above and beyond the customary tip. VALUE: With the discount, the lunch was not a bad value (if only the food had been kicked up a few notches.) I may return in the future because the restaurant offers an attractive menu of which many items are appealing to me. I am willing to give Ay Caramba Envigado another shot... hopefully, food quality will have improved."

"I was in this restaurant several times. I like the way they put potatoes in every dish. You can choose the preparation of your potatoes. I love La Cubana court. It is Ropa Vieja with your selection of potatoes. But I like it with spiral potatoes. Yummy! Most dishes are delicious, but note the dishes that have beef zartloin. Beef is not delicate at all. The service is also very slow. It seems that they are always short staff and the drinks and the food takes forever to get to your table. This is the main reason why I gave it to three reviews."
