"Yesterday for like the fourth time I had my order incorrectly given to me I come there almost every day and I called them several times last night around 8:45 to 9:00 where they told me they cut their phone off. So today I called back and I spoke with the manager I told them that I wanted light rice and instead they gave me white rice. This is the fourth time they have done this now they have a policy that they do not reimburse for incorrect orders so the manager offered me a free side of rice because that's the only thing they got wrong. I asked them if I went to a burger joint and they gave me chicken instead of a burger and I took the meal back but they only give me the meat Patty instead of the whole sandwich? He then proceeded to agree with me and told me that I would get a free meal within the next 5 days of this call anytime I came up. 5 minutes later the owner whoever she is calls back and tells me that she cannot offer that that she can only give me 20% off the next meal I get after feeling totally disrespected I told her that I'm a customer that comes there literally every day in order food from them. She said she would not replace my meal. I didn't stay to her that I would never come back there again and I will go to sake Express instead of eating from there. Then she said well we'll give you a free meal after I threatened not to come there. The people at the window have always been nice to me I cannot lie the staff members have always been good if they weren't good I would never go there every day but this experience led me to not go there anymore all because the owner called me back and told me she chose to be cheap instead of helping and doing the right thing by a loyal customer! The plate I normally get used to be about $9.50 now it's all around $12.50 and I still came there literally every day I will never spend another dime at that place no matter how good the food or how good the staff is that on a rubbed me the wrong way completely!"

"That was our first time in whiskey mill. we ordered the bessemer city Buzzard stick (the one from a chicken breast in the half both pieces placed on the stock) $6.25; my man ordered a redneck burger for $9.49 with a side (which is a $2.49 charge for fries); I ordered a blackjack chicken sandwich for $8.49 with a $2.49 charge for frits and a $3.50 charge for 1 added total $40.91 for 2 people . . . . . although the food service was good, I feel $40 for sandwichries is over price. I was also not interested in the atmosphere or swear about the bar. seriously doubt we will return we have not ordered a premium page of fritten so we were overloaded because the menu shows $2.49 for fritten or pick! thanks for checking our acknowledgement. next time I'll take a copy of the reception. so or so, this is not possible to earn us as a repeater."

"We love gastonia steak and shake, we moved 150 miles away and we are looking forward to going there. they have $4 worth of meal, always our order right, even my riders extra crispy! I wish we had one close. affordable delicious food!"

"Second time in town and second time visiting. Cute little place behind a market with very casual setting. Food is really delicious and portion size are just right. Got the daily special both times and loved it. Dishes are on the pricier side but their ingredients are top notch."

"Kelly C and Angel were our servers. There were 8 of us and the service was perfect. Friendly and upbeat, both girls were enjoyable. We all had a variety of meals. Florentine Benedict, Crepes and Medallions and Scones were a few favorites. Nice blood orange mimosas too. Desserts were shared and oh soooooo good. This is such a cool place. The gals explained the history of the building and the atmosphere was really cool. We will return another time for lunch or dinner when in the area."

"It was our first time to eat here, we didn't know what to expect. we were surprised how big it is. they have a lot to choose from on the menu. we choose a chicken cartridge with paprika swirling and crushed kartoffels and added garnelen. we'd get it next time without a cloak. it had a lot of taste. we go back and try some of the other things on the menu."
