"Laura was my waitress. I went in there with a party of 6. She was amazing! Great experience! Highly recommended this place, and if you have an opportunity, wait for Laura to be have an open table. Amazing service!! And the hostess Roxy was courteous and pleasant too."

"This restaurant is located in a great spot in the Hialeah area however can not say this for the service you receive. I have gone here in the past and haven’t received good service from the waiters. I decided to give them another chance and visited once more. I choose a sandwich which was not made with the ingredients that were described in the menu (the ingredients is why I choose it). I had to wait for 5 minutes to get a spoon. The waitress came and took the order and didn’t come back till the end. The glasses of water were empty....could I get some more...? What topped off the visit was when I ordered cream cheese and guava. The dish was full or guava and I got a slice of cream cheese as thin as an onion skin. When I asked for more I was told "I would have to order another order and pay another 3.25 to get another slice of cheese (which would be as thin as the other one I had gotten). A great response to a paying customer don’t you think? These things might seem small but when you are paying for something you should get it correctly and timely. Definitely will not go back. With the amount of Cuban restaurants in Hialeah, will find another one."

"Me and my colleagues ordered 3 steaks one medium, two medium rare. Judging by the one steak that was supposed to be medium, we have clearly received two medium well steaks. I brought it up to server's attention she checked the order (which was correct) and informed the kitchen about the mistake. My colleagues decided to proceed with the medium and medium well steak. I have also been asked whether I want to keep the dish and the sides, which I declined. After 15 or so minutes, the person from the kitchen came out holding 2 plane stakes (no sides). We explained that only one steak was needed and that I would like to have the sides heated up as well. The heated up sides came back when I was about 80% finished with the steak (the same portion of sides that I ordered, not a new one) and they were just heated up in a microvawe broccoli and potatoes altogether. To top it all off, when we were all done and about to ask for a check, somebody from the kitchen came out with a brand new portion of steak and sides... I don't know what has happened in the back, but it clearly was a mess."

"Born and raised in Mexico, THESE SMACK SO HARD!11!!!!1 The birria tacos were with taste PACKED. I went with my American friend and it was the most amazing food experience of our lives. They gave us additional broth each time. We loved the food so much that we started ordering delivery and even then tasty. The tacos are SO GOOD. You never miss."
