"This time we had better experience than before with the staff. The manager behave properly unlike our last visit. We preffered to have unlimited £16 and the food was tasty. The options are very less, each course has limited non-veg and veg options, the quantity has also been reduced. But Daal Makhani was superb. Hydrabad chicken biryani was pathetic as rice was dry and no spice at all."

"Firstly I should say the pub is a really lovely venue with a spacious victorian style bar with a lovely beer garden in a lovely area and the staff are very friendly and helpful..... BUT it is most certainly NOT a gastro pub. In fact the food is go d da mn awful an oily mess over powered with salt. Focaccia with oil..... vegetable oil I am sure but no way was it olive oil. Triple cooked chips saturated in more veg oil and salt with all the rosemary from my garden. Salmon, cooked yes correctly I would admit, but still swimming, in oil that is. It's a nice venue for drinks but the food equivalent of hell. Cmon guys get a proper chef and the customers will follow.... it explains why there were 6 customers on a beautiful spring Friday. sorry to the kitchen staff I feel bad writing such critical things but the food was really bad)"

"Over the last 10 15 years Pavillon Rouge was arguably the no.1 Doner Kebab Shop in West London. However over the last few years it has been slowly on the decline. I remember their Doner kebab meat during this time being absolutely exceptional and miles ahead of anyone else 's lamb meat.... but about 3 4 years ago they changed their Doner meat and it went from being this fantastic wafer thin juicy tasting meat to a processed generic meat. People would come just for the meat. I have been back a few times in the last few years, but yesterday was really dissapointing. I went back hoping for improvements but the meat hadn 't changed. What made it worse was my Doner kebab meat was burnt (could of just been a one of to be fair, but was annoying) and what was even worse was how GREASY the whole Doner wrap was and also the packaging was dripping in grease something not associated with Pavillon Rouge.....ever. Super sad times as it looked like the staff honestly was completely oblivious to all this, as they still get people coming in to buy. But for me its not all about quantity, its quality too. I would strongly encourage the owners or staff to give their point of view as I feel like I speak for a good few friends from around the Hounslow area.. Also I find it incredibly unprofessional reading other similar negative reviews and all the Owner can say is 'Thanks for your visit '. Surely you want to improve your business based off loyal honest customer feedback :"

"This place was lovely up until recently. Quality just isn't the same. Shame really. I carried on using them in the hope it would return to what it was but it hasn't. The chicken balls aren't crispy anymore. The batter goes soft and doughy even when they are well done. The beef in the chow mein is a lot chewier The chicken in the chicken with mushrooms is drier. Sadly after using them for 5yrs I shall be taking my custom elsewhere."
