"So, there's a rule not to eat at places that do food from more than 1 country. Radio Cairo does that, and the results are consistently affable. All our choices were quite well made, with good ingredients and service as snappy and friendly as a restaurant emerging from a deadly pandemic. There's choices to please everyone. You won't learn much about food from all around middle East and Africa, which somehow now includes Mexico and the west Indies. But you will eat well prepared food, that will fill you, please you and enjoy a place that will generally satisfy you and your guests."

Coffee gets 3.5 - 4 - his campos and my personal taste for Campos find it a little underwater, but extremely consistent. So if you are a lover of Campos, you will love the coffee here. <br>

Eating gets 4 - 4.5, I ate here twice here. You do not have full kitchen facilities so that you do not get a full food service, but that has not stopped you to make relatively simple, excellent sandwiches and salads. My selection of the breakfast food was the mirror drool with chorizo, onion marmalade and rocket. I have had similar food similar to other places and found the onion marmalade (which seems to be in fashion) to be un-glowing, and the rocket acid overwhelming - not so here, everything is in just the right share for a role that has A little chorizo pepper, a small rocket source and a small onion ham sweet. Very good, a simple display of the cooking talent. <br>

Atmosphere gets 3.5 - it's a cafe, so you have to expect a cafe experience. Tables are small and made for two with a lounge with a wall and chairs of the opposite side. There is enough space for a laptop and a coffee, but a laptop and a meal is unmanageable. The high ceilings (about 3.6 m) and cloth panels on a wall mean that it is airy and not really echo real murmur than everything they pay attention to (a very good thing). It is also air conditioned. There is room for outdoor seats with larger tables, but they are on the military road - so it's loud and hot in summer, and I would be loud and cold in winter. Disadvantage is that it is an open kitchen, and they seem to be washed by hand so they beat occasional dishes and cutlery."

"Cafe 'Mosman is a wonderful place of military road, the breakfast sessions are wonderful, we recommend the salmon Benedikt as well as the eggs of Florentine. The service is friendly and prompt, it is the perfect start to a Sunday morning. It is always busy, so on the weekends when they arrive early when they want to have breakfast, they have plenty of seat in and outside, it's a casual cafe where the food is good and people smile."

"Recently visited fresh mixture and was so impressed by the staff working there, so decided to go again. This time, I tired the male shop and the managers (couples who own the venue) had such disregard of their customers. Was extremely unimpressed ... you get more bees with honey, so people are treating properly as their employees always be a good lesson to learn. Will only visit Fresh mix from now on Mosman."
