"Today sat for lunch .to be honest, not in a long time. was greeted and shown to a table, the guy asked what we wanted to drink and then we waited. Then a young lady came and said sadly what they wanted. they want to drink!!!! we wanted a carvery so went to get our .es really looked nice the server on the carvery a young lady was very pleasant and I have about the size of the yorkshire pudding. another employee tested the temperature of the food that is good. I have to say that we both enjoyed eating that it was delicious and hot. Apart from the emptying that was dry and not nice .staff were pleasant and I saw a lot of cleaning of tables that is good my only little complaint is that we have a pudding but nobody came and honest after twenty minutes to be our food, we have changed our mind, but all the others were good."

"Very nicely presented restaurant. Food was well presented, and of a great quality.You'll certainly leave with a full belly, the portion sizes are massive. I was full after eating the Tikka starter, the main course was delicious."

"Overcharged, different prices than menu prices, refused to break down, we were 3.3 miles away apparently free delivery for upto 3 miles, wanted charge us £3 for 300 yards extra. He was rude and didn't care about upset. First time ordering, won't order again. AVOID!"

"Unfortunately I've not been able to get out and dine here so when I saw that they now deliver.... Just placed an order via Uber eats (thought I'd make use of my promotion voucher) delivery was at a decent time, and food arrived piping hot. I just love this place! And so does my son. It's his favourite Indian restaurant. Service is great, food quality is divine. Polite, professional staff. I always leave special instructions for the chef and restaurant...they have never failed to deliver my request. My only criticism is the rice portion could be bigger as the mains are a nice and healthy portion (but I could just be being greedy)"

"Absolutely shocking, ordered a take away NYE it was inedible took it back and they weren't interested. No sauce, meat very very dry and only had 5 pieces of very chewy chicken. No garlic on the nan but they said there was. Very unpleasant experience...staff nonshalont. Ordered a curry from Taste of India tonight absolutely gorgeous.. 5+ stars"

"Came in for usual dinner break and Cavos never fails to amaze me with his great customer service, lovely and polite bloke and serves up top food suiting everyone’s needs. Highly recommended. The lobby’s amazing as well as everything else on the menu. Can’t fault the place, lovely place for food."

"I have been getting delivery/take away from Masooms Massala for more than 10 years since we move locally. They were my children’s first introduction to Indian food and now this Resturant is the first choice for take away food overall when we are looking to order out. This review will attest to the incredible service not just the incredible food that is provided at Masooms Massala. On last night’s order I neglected to order popadoms a rare oversight as the popadoms are delicious! An error I did not even notice until our order arrived and while unpacking I thought excellent popadoms and onion bhaji (also delicious). By means of this review an incredibly special thank you for the excellent service from the team at Masooms Massala no doubt we will be back regular for your delicious food!"
