"Had a special fish supper here and was charged nearly £1 extra for it, really!!! in this day and age we know the production cost is similar so what is the extra for? It made it a pricey fish supper for this area at £7.30. Then it was over cooked the chips half were scraps which went in the bin. Sorry will look for somewhere else next time or do without."

"This is now an Ashoka restaurant and looks like the have spent a lot of money on a doing it up looks really good. However I just had a carry out and had the worst pakora ever 7 small bits really greasy and full of onions for £4.75 they should be embarrassed. In fairness they offered to get me another portion when I phoned but the damage had been done will not be back."

"I use this cafe if I am working in the area and only discovered it by accident. Staff are great, very helpful and friendly. Keen prices and good food. A very clean cafe with lots of space. Lifts available if stairs are too much with good access."

"Never thought I would be writing this. But the food was so bad. Myself 2 friends went for lunch. My friend ordered the Haggis to start. Haggis came out freezing. Sent it back. Was dealt with efficiently. I ordered the prawn cocktail, prawns were hard tasteless. My main which was pollo milanese, was ok. Always rated this place highly. So disappointed.
