"Can't complain for $20 but they probably need to expand their menu. Started with their house salad then tried their Spicy Sausage rigatoni and Sirloin Steak and Friets which were okay. They were nothing special. We followed it with their Brownie and Pudding. If you were hungry, thirsty for beer and wanting to save money, it is place to try. If you are looking for a spectacular meal, then try another place."

"We visited this place because of the recommendation of another and, mistakes again. we just ordered fish and chips, a glass beer and water. first are fish and chips far away from good. halibut and squirting tails, not the middle parts were...served presentation is cheap and very simple look. and we got a bill with overloaded quantity in beer pint and glass. we realized that overloaded quantity on the way back to home. the owner don promised to send a check to $10 tax to compensate for the overloaded amount. this review has never been received. So, think twice and check her in. it never happened to us in Canada. as I understand, happen mistakes, but how these errors are fixed, that is important."

"This was a great place but it's location is somewhat hidden so make sure to have the address... It was so worth it to come to this restaurant. This restaurant was established in 1926 and they have maintained a strong tradition of a warm atmosphere, great food and wonderful service. The presentation of the food was very appetizing, the food smells were very appetizing and the taste did not disappoint!! The French toast was excellent!!"

"Managed to get in before Happy Hour ended. A bit if an older establishment, wooden benches outside and size us relatively small. There were a few screens to watch. Enjoyed my $4 highball but a tall seems to be 4.50. The daughter had the $6.95 Bellini which se days was okay. However we did enjoy the $5 appies: tacos and potato skins. The tacos had good floor and were quite large. The potato skins also had good flavour and also had deep fried crunchy parts, much like potato chips....very good. Our server was good but liked to spend time with regulars."

"On a hot day on Grouse mountain next to the Lumberjack show is a great wee restaurant with great views ,a small menu but fast service and friendly staff we settled for the pulled pork and a cool beer quite busy but plenty of tables . We watched the cyclists coming down from the Observatory and we could see the lumberjack on top of his pole a great stop for a bite to eat and refreshment"

"Came here for lunch. They had ample seating during the afternoon, including tables with some plexiglass dividers and seats at the sushi bar. Good menu selection. I enjoyed their Lunch Plate A and was pleasantly surprised that the 4 separate dishes came out like a meal (versus combined in a single bento box). It came with a very generous sized sunomono salad, 4 nigiri sushi, 3 prawn tempura, and beef teriyaki. Satisfying for lunch at a decent price point. The service was fast and efficient for lunch hour."
