"In our search for a good pizza in town, we have tried some other locally owned pizza places here in Port Alberni and Pizza Factory wins hands down. We ordered the Hot Bacon Delight and it was really good, the crust was delightfully crispy and the toppings were generous. Also the Funnel Fries are bomb! :"

"The fires were burning fiercely in the surrounding area so it gave a weird atmosphere to the area.We stopped for a couple of drinks. The staff and locals were friendly and the views great from the balcony. We didn't have anything to eat but the Halibut Burger which was brought out really looked good."

"Always check your order BEFORE YOU LEAVE the drive thru!!! Most times they are wrong. And when you go back not once but twice through the drive thru to let them know its wrong again there will be 2 or 3 staff standing there scratching their heads. Then they have the audacity to argue with you about your order. There are 2 people in the car, we know what we ordered. Bad service, no people skills and they just stand around and talk to each other about what they are doing for the weekend. This place seriously needs a IN Service on how to treat customers and how to fix an order on the till when they screw it up."

"Friends in Victoria suggested this as a good place to have dinner. What an understatement! The Candied Salmon Chowder was one of the best chowders I have ever had and I have ordered such chowders from coast to coast in Canada and all over Europe, Asia and Australia. This was the best. We even timed our return from Tofino to enjoy another bowl! The crowning achievement was the Seafood Hot Pot. It was the best seafood entrée I have ever had anywhere. The service was fast, friendly and we had an opportunity to speak to one of the owners. The only disappointment was the lack of people there for supper. We were assured that there was a substantial lunch crowd which we confirmed on our return four days later."

"Very very nice brunch spot in Port Alberni, what a gem indeed! Excellent lovely service making it a wonderful experience! Be careful of their super large portion size!The Ceser Salad tossed with their homemade sauce is hands down the best!Will come again!"
