"It was a late rainy evening and I was way too hungry to look for good hold back so I just saw myself walk in here without exploring any further. I trust myself it was far better and tastier than expected food both veg n nonveg..wd have a feeling n ambience that helps you relieve some stress n njoy food .. but i found the service a bit slow n not so friendly, but I won't miss a chance to be here again, all in all it's a nice rrstraunt"

"In a nook on Dashashwamedh, Dosa cafe is quietly dishing up the best ghee roast dosas I’ve ever eaten. As a staunch hater of variety dosa I was skeptical When I saw the array of weird dosa combinations in the menu. But I’d heard so much about the place that I decided to give it a go. I ordered Spinach Potato Dosa and Mango Dosa and was not at all disappointed! I’d visit here everyday if I could. I didn’t think the prices were extravagant. The only downside is that it’s a quick eat-and-dash place and a hangout corner."

"** Location = Located at Dasaswamedh road, more towards Gudowlia chowk.<br>

**Brief = The man serving kulfis attracted us to have some kulfi from there.<br>
<br>
** Ambiance = We opted for the fast food option and the ambiance was decent and clean place, servers also decent and you have to buy coloured tokens for having food.<br>
<br>
** Things tried = Tried Kulfi Malai and Samosa chaat.<br>
Kulfi was superb and chaat was also well prepared.<br>
<br>
** Purse Check = Rs.150/- would be enough for having some quick fast food.<br>
<br>
**Overall = Loved the kulfi. Cheers"

"Recently while visiting Varanasi we stayed at the lovely Surya - Kaiser Palace. We had a few of our meals at Canton Royale, all of which were most enjoyable. The menu is extensive and great care has been put into including options which are Gluten free. We tried the Bengali Fish Sandwich and the Eggplant Falafel Burger which were delicious. The portions were huge! Soft big buns filled with hot patties and topped with cheese, served with a big basket of fries. Perfect with a chilled beer on a warm afternoon. On another occasion we tried the Bhutta Methi Palak and the Dal Fry along with Fish Tikka for starters. Probably the favourite meal of our stay.<br>

Also must try the many salad and soup options. The mulligatawny and pumpkin soups are heavenly. <br>
<br>
The staff was warm and efficient. They don't have roomali roti on the menu but when we requested them they specially made some for us! Now that's what you call five star treatment.<br>

"I got food poisoning after eating here. The place was recommended on lonely planet. After aartI I went with my thai friend who wanted to eat indian food. I cannot begin to tell how bad the food was. The naans were thick and undercooked, paneer gravy was greasy, biryani was like left over plain rice fried with orange color and vegetables. I write this while staying in rather than exploring banaras."

"Food: They serve Chinese,Western and Indian food. I've had American Pancakes with maple syrup for the breakfast.They also have French Toast,skillet breakfast,Pies etc for the breakfast.<br>

I've had Shahi Paneer and Butter Naan for the lunch. Its the best butter naan I've ever had(not exaggerating) and Shahi paneer was very creamy,soft and perfect.<br>

I've had Spring Rolls,Paneer Hakka Noodles for the dinner.<br>

They also serve Pizza,pasta,desserts(La Tiramisu is my favourite) etc.<br>

I am delighted with the delicacy of their dishes and I would Recommend a friend to dine at this place if they visit Varanasi.<br>

Service: The service was good. The people were humble.I was served by Ashish.He is friendly and cheerful.<br>

Ambience:The place was peaceful and has decent seating.There are some paintings to look at,if you enjoy watching paintings.There is even an outdoor seating. I saw a lot of foreigners there. I also got a chance to practice my Spanish with two Argentinians I met there.<br>

The prices are modest.A meal for two would cost about 300 INR."
