"Went here for the third time with a group on deal, and we were really pleased we did, the food was great, for starters we had scallops and I went for prawn pate, both were presented really well as was the taste, we had, with the deal a bottle of house white, when the waitress gave it to my partner to try, she said it was not that nice, no problem she said I'll get you a bottle of Pinot, which promptly arrived and tasted much better, and we were not charged extra either, which was great. The steaks arrived along with a salad to share and again the presentation and taste were great, chunky chips, there could have been a few more but they were tasty. We were too full for desserts, a great meal with great service, thank you."

"My wife and I had a one hour thirty five minute wait for our food. No explanation as to why and no apology. Bought two rounds of drinks, both the same. Second round the barman tried to overcharge me by two pounds. When he gave me my change he tried to short change me by a pound. It will be a long time before we go back there again."

"I'm going to go with one star and it's only because the lamb chop starter I had was delicious and Google won't allow for less. Unfortunately the buttered chicken should never be served to anyone who enjoys buttered chicken and especially not to anyone with diabetes because it mostly just tasted like yellow sugar sauce. I'm sure some would enjoy this, but I think you could find better!"
