"I have been driving by this corner place for a year, and finally took the time to dine with my family. We have heard so much about it. Cute and clean establishment, we sat outside. Slightly pricey, but staff was friendly, and the food was pretty good. Surprisedly however; with such a great food selection (limited but great , you would think though, that there was a kids menu. NONE! Staff recommended the mild tenders and potatoes, which is crawfish spiced battered, our toddler even tried a few things from our plate, but wasn 't impressed with the soulful flare. Several families showed up after us, we counted 7 more kids and the family next to us were commenting on the lack of kid options too. One dad walked across the street for a small Pizza for his kids. Ha, great idea! Good food for first dates, pretty limited for families. :"

"Have been making fun with the family. they were heavily understated. 5 out of 7 plates first came out, then we waited 20 minutes and then 30 for the last two plates. the table was next to the back door where the band tourbus was parked. nice enough waitress that reduces the dinner, but it didn't really change the mood or bad experience."

"Took forever to get our food. When it did came my chicken and shrimp was cold. The waitress took it vevo apologised and told me thry will make another fresh one. It be taken if my bill. When it did come back the chicken tasted like it was microwaved. Came without the shrimp."

"Typical Cara Foods owned mid-range suburban "BBQ" joint. Not great but not terrible, if anything it's consistently 'ok'. Always have the Jay's game on the screens and service is never terrible. If it is there's usually a manager onsite to take over like most other Cara owned restaurants. The one good thing about big restaurant chains is the commitment to customer service and food safety. Wouldn't be my first choice in the area but not the worst place in the world especially if you're trying to catch playoffs without breaking the bank. Not as busy as Boston Pizza or Jack's at Square One."

"Not all Montana's are managed the same. This location is where I regretted to come. The signature chipotle firecracker burger did not taste anything like what I had at other locations. There was no contract of different texture from "crispy" fired onion, bacon, and juicy putty. Instead of the "bursting flavor", the only thing you can tell was the sticky BBQ sauce. Oh yes, the crispy jalapeno was missing altogether. The service was non existing. I called earlier the day to reserve a table for a Sunday dinner. When we arrived, I was told that they did not have the reservation, but "it doesn't matter". Our waitress did not come to check the refill or anything. The next table guests got neglected with nobody to come to take orders, only having the waitress caught sitting around a table chatting. The restaurant was kind of cold. Guests of quite a few tables had dinners with their winter coats on, and the management seamed thinking it was normal."
