"Food tastes good but bad customer service. One person filled my bowl and then before she puts a lid on it another dude comes over (probably a manager? And scopps BACK OUT 2 shrimp right in front of me. I ended up with like 7 shrimp for 11 dollars. Bruh."

"There was nobody in the restaurant by 2 others tables and it took 10 minutes for the waitress to come over and greet us? I don't understand why but when she did come over she was not very friendly and acted put out. The waitress was not very attentive and forth coming with our order. My friend thought she was ordering a lunch portion and price just to be surprised by a dinner price. The waitress never communicated to my friend the extra charge which was a surprise to her. The restaurant was not a clean or as friendly as I remember, poor experience."

"We?d never been to PE before. The food wasn?t great. I ordered black pepper beef, there wasn?t much left so the server literally had to scrape as much off the bottom to give me a serving and I don?t think she quite made it and tasted like it was scraped off the bottom of something. The orange beef just tasted sugary and fried rice was flavorless. Won?t be rushing back anytime soon."

"I've eaten at several locations many times and have never had a bad experience...this location was no different, food is always good. I love chinese and P.F. Changs is delicious, we had the hand made wantons (crab rangoon), mongolian beef, orange chicken and the ginger peach tea was great!"

"We have a reservation for approx. 20-25 people in the party room. so command lots. brianna was our most important waitress and she was excellent. everyone had his meal in a very short time frame. she kept the drinks full and was very “smooth”. nights like these can be a little stressful, but their work did not go unnoticed. we appreciate her brianna!"

"This is seriously some of the best food I've ever had the pleasure of eating! Holy Moly! My husband and I ate here today (11/24/22). We had beef lo mein, crab meat fried rice, and hunan beef. It was so full of flavor, crisp yet soft vegetables. Wow. We will come back here every time we're in town."
