"The staff here was fantastic. Much better than the last panda. Super fast and very polite. Only 4 stars, because unfortunately they were in too much hurry to check my order, and as soon as I came home, I found out they had forgotten to put 3 items in the bag. Nevertheless, GREAT food and good people, so they will get DEFINITELY again my business! Although next time I will check my bag before I leave the restaurant. ?"

"For a semi fast food place, they had everything running pretty well. The line flowed, staff was helpful and kind and fast. Prices are great for boston area.I tried the new spicy shrimp and was very surprised it was crispy and had a good amount of shrimp and was flavorful."

"The Ram had the best service today. Daniel our waiter was positive, friendly, and on top of our needs for a family of 5. The front desk staff was also helpful. The food was good, but the price of each meal was expensive. I am not sure the quality matched the pricing. I went with four stars because of the service."

"I have many memories of going here as a child. Nothing has changed and that is so welcoming! They still have their beautiful coy pond and do offer little bits of food for the kids to throw in if you ask. We take our toddler here after his shots and it distracts him very well. The food was fun, pretty good, and there were a lot of healthy options which was great. They do insist you wear a mask when you come in, and they provide a glove for use at the buffet to provide more germ protection. Our adult buffet was $20/adult but we don't eat a whole lot so it's a bit spendy. The kid was about $5 though so better priced than other kid meals. Very very friendly staff, some have hung in there through all this business has gone through over the years. They do have a HUGE reservable room for large groups. Happy eating!"

"The food was good, but we had to wait 15 minutes. At the intercom, we had to wait like 5 minutes, because no one has said anything at all, and then they didn't leave like any of their ducks, they might have used like two things to get Broccoli-Rind or Beijing-Rind, they said well, do you want to wait until it is available? We said how long will the waiting time be? They told us about 6 7 minutes and to move to the parking lot, so we said well. We waited there for about 20 minutes (if no longer), in the parking lot with about six other cars; it was so full of people also waiting for their food and then, when we came home, we realized that our children's meal was missing the whole Entree portion, and all that she had noodles. Well, I don't know. Maybe they're understated, but something has to change; because you don't have to wait so long for your food, and then don't even get everything, especially if this happens almost every time you get there! I'm here three times now and this happens every time you have to wait. However, employees were fine, abrupt and short, they should definitely work on customer service. Like I said, maybe they're understated. I'm not sure. I will probably not go back there"
