"Me and my partner came here on the weekend very cozy and convenient place to get too. I had the French toast and my partner had the pancakes. The food was very tasty and satisfy . It was our first time going out after the lockdown and it was so good to eat out again."

"Really nice sandwiches and beautiful staff after my lecture stopped, unfortunately was the exact sandwich I wanted not available, but the one at the theke suggested that they have what was similar and it torn for me. the caffe is actually quite large so they never have to worry about a lack of space."

"I am not one to typically leave scathing reviews of places but this place in my opinion should be avoided. Looked busy with locals for lunch on a Saturday and had a nice open setting with breeze flowing through and friendly staff. Thats where the...positives start and finish. Over priced drinks menu dollar tiny green juice was likely to be when considering the large ice cube in tiny glass. The steak sandwich left such a bad taste in my mouth I had to head up to Bourke St Bakery to get something else after two bites to remove the taste in my mouth. I’m not quite certain how they cooked it but it tasted and looked boiled (grey overdone meat). The pork Katsu which we we recommended to try if we’ve never dined there was worse than economy airline food. All I could taste was cheap packer bbq sauce. I don’t feel I’m harsh in thinking there should be a zero star rating. Sorry cafe Kentaro."

"Sate Haus is an Indonesian restaurant that specialises in sate skewers. In Indonesian, the word “satay” is actually pronounced “sate” hence it is called sate haus and of course “haus” is a play on the word house. Dustin and Philip are the owners and we were privileged to meet Dustin who hosted us and honestly one of the warmest and friendliest owners I’ve met. There is a hand painted mural that depicts their incredible journeys which I thought was beautiful and interesting. <br/ <br/ Presented:<br/ •Chicken skewers <br/ •Beef skewers <br/ •Pork belly skewers <br/ •Vegetarian skewers<br/ •Turmeric rice <br/ •Coconut rice <br/ •Gado gado salad <br/ •French fries<br/ •Glass of rose<br/ <br/ My favourites were the pork belly skewers smothered in their delicious housemade peanut sauce with turmeric rice and gado gado salad. The pork belly skewers packed more of a punch with its spice and grilled nicely which went so well with the turmeric rice. The gado gado salad was surprisingly tasty and it was mixed in with Sate Haus’ special peanut sauce. Everything was fresh and marinated in house on the day and the atmosphere was casual and laid back. Grab a beer or glass of rose and enjoy the good vibes. <br/ <br/ Thank you to @fcba x @satehaus for the invite!"
