"Wow, just YUM and so cosy. We loved this restaurant... book ahead as seats are limited although they have a few seats for walk-ins. We were a group of 5 so we booked a Thursday evening table for 7:30 PM (so no 2 hour seating limits).<br>

Loved the menu and we got bits of everything - cauliflower, huge prawns with miso butter, potato bread, steak on the bone, chicken, steak tartare. Everything was so yummy and immaculate. The leftover sourdough ice cream was delicious too although we were mixed on the 3 milks dessert (a 'savoury' dessert). <br>

The wine list is mostly organic stuff so not the usual stuff you'd expect although the riesling was very food. The waiters are very good at guiding diners through the menus and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening."

"I ordered the Avocado smash and I expected avocado on toast with tomatoes, poached egg and feta. When my food was brought out to me I was amazed! The dish looked like it came out of a fine dining restaurant for only $12 it was excellent and full of flavour! Don't underestimate a cafe with a small kitchen!"

"Once of the places I most miss in Sydney, used to go there roughly once a month through 2015-16. The lamb and chips were always delicious and pricing is affordable. Also it is easy to get a table at any point of the week."

"Not far from central station the Holy Duck is something worth visiting if you enjoy pork and duck. The restaurant is cozy,the service is very fast and although a little more expensive it has a great menu and the drinks are reasonable.Definitely worth a visit if you want something a little different."

"Food and drinks: Were decent, fresh and appetizing. Service: All staff were attentive and friendly Ambience: Dark, and feels like you're eating at someone's house cos of the setting (we ate upstairs). Did ponder if we'd ever get attention for service, but we had no trouble at all."

"I've been going here for years, I love it so much I've introduced my friends and they keep going back to. Order the whole chicken with ginger, salty fish and chicken fried rice, the salt and pepper tofu and the kangkong with Malaysia sauce, if...you go with a few friends you will be totally full and it will cost you around $12 to $13. But leave them a small tip, they deserve it"
