"I would like to say that I really wish that the staff was really more inviting at the door, but they were very helpful in terms of the order and even polite. the banan and earthy crepes with vanilleeis. I was the warmth of the crepes glazed in chocolate strips. it tastes hiking fun and the ice creamy, but not too sweet. I'd recommend to anyone who goes by. the prince was also reasonable."

"Ordered from this place and when we got home checked the food every order was semi ok but mine….. I ordered the mixed grill kebab and asked for chillis to be added they added the chillis but removed the lamb donner and salad will not be buying from here again"

"Had been recommended here as somewhere to take my kids for a half term treat, that could cater for my 7ry old coeliac son. When we arrived we were taken to the table and given menus. I asked if there was a gluten free menu, or if everything was listed in the main menu. The lady went away, and came back to tell me that the sticky toffee pudding and carrot cake were gluten free, as well as all of the ice cream. We went up to the counter to order, and as we looked at the ice cream cabinet, I noticed a sign which detailed about 10 flavours that were listed as may contain gluten . Unfortunately one of them was the mint choc chip which my son had been going to get. Being coeliac he can 't have anything that may contain gluten, so he chose another flavour. I went to order and stated that his needed to be gluten free. I ordered his ice cream, and I asked if the chocolate sauce was gluten free. The staff weren 't sure so they checked in their file, and found it was, so I ordered that on his ice cream. Ordered for the rest of the family (no other coeliacs) and sat down. The ice creams were brought over, all with wafers in. I pointed out that the wafer probably wasn 't gluten free, so the man took it out of the gluten free ice cream. I explained that this wasn 't suitable for my son. Eventually he agreed to take the ice cream away and serve a fresh one. We all enjoyed our desserts. However, I had a taste of my sons gluten free ice cream at the end, and it had pieces of biscuit in. When they came to take the plates away, I asked the staff to check that his flavour definitely was gluten free. The lady went to check the ingredients on the tub and offered for me to come and see. Unfortunately, the ice cream listed wheat flour in its ingredients. I pointed this out and said, this isn 't gluten free. She didn 't seem to understand that wheat meant gluten. I had been told all of the ice cream was gluten free. The staff really didn 't understand how to cater for a coeliac, and the information they gave me about the ice cream, despite all of my questions, was completely inaccurate. We won 't be going back"

"As a child growing up, Kaspa the ghost was always my fav film. When I heard that a Kaspa themed shop was coming to my home town (braintree) (essex) I was overjoyed. I remember telling the kids and seeing the expressions on their face quickly...fill of excitement. However, when I visited this Kaspas desert place in (braintree) (essex) I was completely and utterly dissapointed. There is next to no Ghost theming here, and they dont have a single ghost themed item on the menu. Great cream though."

"We have friends who come here every Sunday. we can't go so often, but the two times we have made very good experiences and it's easy to understand why our friends are regular. casey has taken care of our big party both paints, and the kitchen is fast, accurate and seems to make consistently good food."
