"I truly am not one to complain and before I go on I do need to say they were busy, not wall to wall packed but maybe 3/4 full. That being said, took 35 mins to get extremely dry wings (I could only eat 3 and obviously pre-frozen soft pretzels for appetizers and another 30 mins for the main course. The steak fries were dark brown and wrinkled like they sat in the grease for hours, the other fries tasted better (it that's possible but rock hard. My wrap was extremely dry even pouring the watered down dressing all over it didn't help and my daughter almost choked twice trying to choke down her hoagie sandwich it was so dry. Waitress was sweet and trying, she removed my meal cause I just couldn't. still paid $114 for one of the most disgusting meals ever (and I can set off the fire alarm boiling water! . we will never go back."
