"EVERYTHING was delicious. my only one issue, was that the strawberry version of the almond cake did not come quite like I expected. it looked nothing like the photo that I saw on the website that had all sorts of strawberries and cream on top. that is exactly what I expected to receive. instead it was just a very plain looking slice of cake with a thin layer of strawberry in the middle. and the icing that is on the cake is also very very thin. normally when I go to a bakery and order an almond cake or a wedding cake or silver laced cake whatever you'd like to call it, they have a very thick layer of frosting at least across the top of the cake which was not the case here. this is my first time getting anything from this place so I guess I didn't know exactly what to expect other than what I saw in the photos and again what I received is not what I saw in the photos. so yes, this did come with some disappointment especially since those were the two slices that I was looking forward to the most. I would think those photos on the website should be changed to look like what you would actually receive which is just a plain slice of cake."
