"I am very disappointed with their food and service. I ordered Impossible Whopper, and I found the patty became redder as I was eating. When I almost ate half of it, I didn 't feel comfortable to eat any more.So I asked them why this is so red, and Andrew, the General Manager said that is the normal color of Impossible Whopper but they will make another one.I waited there but later they came and told me that the machine is not working properly, so couldn 't make proper temperature for Impossible Whopper, and they said they can make another one when I revisited there.I asked them rather to refund than revisiting, and the General Manager didn 't seem so happy for my request, saying to himself or other persons there that, "I can 't understand why we should refund. He already ate them. "I attach the picture of it. Are you able to eat this uncooked patty?"
