"The worst chicken kitchen in town, no words to describe how disappointed this place is. never order the “brown rice” disgustingly, the white rice was all terrible, no words to describe how we all have to throw away food. this place should be checked by the owner if he cares, not taste, disgusting presentation and service."

"First and foremost, I love Chicken Kitchen. The food is great. What this location in North Miami is severely lacking though is their customer service. For a long time now. I don't ever leave a review but this service is horrible. They don't greet anyone or even ask what you want.. they just look at you with a attitude waiting for you to say something. I'm a regular, I'm always kind and always tip but yet I always get treated as if I'm disturbing them. Horrible, I will no longer be tipping. I also sometimes overhear the workers make side comments about people in the line. At this point I usually end up choosing something else to eat because I don't like how I get treated here."
