"Eme Be is highly recommended both for the level of its dishes and its room service, it is not worth its Michelin Star. En el Eme Be hay posibilidad de comer a la carta o de Menú Degustación , las dos muy buenas opciones, en la opción carta también hay posibilidad de medias raciones, un restaurante que se adapta muy bien a las necesidades de los clientes. Destacar que detrás de cada plato está el Gran Martín Berasategui y de tras de las carnes del Eme Be está el excelente carnicero Luismi Garayar Carnicas Luismi . En esta visita la carta está muy renovada, dando un salto hacia adelante pero mi plato preferido sigue siendo la Txuleta de Vaca Premiun a la Brasa con un excelente puré de patatas especial. Destacar la decoración del local antigua Sidrería que con muy buen gusto es la Sidrería del Siglo XXI ."
