"Ordered the same thing on 3 straight occasions. Early in the morning when it is relatively empty. Got the wrong food. The 3rd time I mentioned very respectfully to the waitress that the chef isn 't clear on how to make some things on the menu. Someone should let him know. She replied, well, its the owner. To which I doubled down, well, the owner doesn 't know how to make what 's on the menu. When she returned, she had to apologize for the owner who was no where to be seen. Our table was told, well... he is tired. Not only is he tired, he is a coward for sending someone else out to make excuses instead of owning his own mistake. Made excuses, blamed his worker, wouldn 't come out and apologize... quick way to lose customers. I suppose mediocre service is acceptable these days. The establishment is about as average to below average as it gets. Owner... learn your menu. Being tired is a lousy excuse. Be better, its not hard."
