"There is nothing to complain when there is eating and service, but. in the comfortable atmosphere, they must already lose weight and are not suitable at all (from ourselves,) for a romantic dinner to two or a Cand-le-Light dinner. the flair that they expect from a Greek rustic restaurant is not yet available. the walls are already equipped with warm Mediterranean colours. the restaurant aphrodite, which is only opened in 2015, is located at the entrance of the trent on the old historical commercial road (also called heringsstraße), which leads from stralsund to half the island mentally. from outside they can see the blue doors and windows - which reminds of the roofs of santorin in the south of the “Kykladen Islands” - immediately the Greek cuisine. otherwise the restaurant does not look inviting and remembers more, an earlier restaurant with small hall. also not appealing, on the right side at the entrance is the concreted outdoor terrace, with the free standing and chairs. the restaurant itself consists of two rooms that are separated with a stage. in the second room there is still a kind of stage of earlier times for events that simply do not fit into a restaurant. if they don't get table on the walls, they can sit without restrictions, as presented on one in the middle of the room. where also feel comfortable, is defined differently by everyone. we liked the famous Greek hospitality, where not only for the reception of the most popular Greek national drink we got an ice-cold “Ouzo”, but also a ouzo was offered at the farewell. was very attentive. but now to eat ours. we had decided for 11,90 € a very tasty “Zeus Teller” and the traditional lamb chop for Greek restaurants for 12,90 €. these were not for me or not really seasoned and simply tasted too fade, compared to the lammkoteletts of other Greek restaurants that were known to me. both parts were very sufficient, well decorated and prepared appealingly (see photos). our common resümee: for all fans of the Greek cuisine that do not disturb the environment and want to eat again good and cheap something, we can recommend the restaurant aphrodiite in trent. but for a little more approach it is worth not to start the restaurant extra from our experience."
