"I went with a couple of friends on a week night. Brisket is my favorite, soo, I ordered the brisket sandwich. I could have been more disappointed, but not by much. Note to self only order brisket at a 'smoke house ' type of establishment. I upgraded my side to a Caesar salad for $1.99. Not that the salad wasn 't good, it was OK, but honestly $1.99 upcharge for the cup of salad on a plate preposterous!! Won 't do that again, actually, I haven 't been to a Montana 's in about 15 yrs, and hopefully it 'll be 16 yrs before I eat there again."

"I go to this restaurant regularly because I know exactly what I get for my dining dollar and they can always accommodate larger crowds. The food is very good from starters up to deserts. The BBQ items are wonderfully delicious. Favs are: 4 cheese spinach dip, ribs, chicken fahitas (which come out sizzling hot!). It is loud / noisy. There are birthday parties and lots of children. There is also a bar and sports on the screens. Consistently good food, served promptly and always with a smile - these are the reasons I continue to go back."

"Montanas used to be so much better. Now it's just average. Having seen a movie yesterday, my buddy and I decided to grab a meal. We both ordered water and Diet Pepsi. The waiter asked, "Diet Peppy"? We knew what he meant lol. Then he came back and asked me again, "I forget. You want Diet Pepsi"? Yes. We both ordered the Chicken Penne. It came out hot but quickly got cool. The meal was okay. The serving staff wandered around like zombies without expression. A second meal was potentially brought to us by an absent minded food runner. We corrected him. Not us. An average experience unfortunately."

"Having just been to the Montana's Dixon Rd location for lunch about 2 weeks earlier I can tell you that management of these chain restaurants makes a BIG difference in your experience. While I had a very good experience at the Dixon Road location I figured I'll take my family for dinner here. Mistake.The food was dry and overcooked on 2 out of the 4 plates. The portions were ridiculously small and the prices were ridiculously high. My sons adult size chicken fingers and fries consisted of 5 measly turd shaped overcooked burnt nuggets and a small handful of fries for $14!!! When I asked to speak to the manager her response was simply "thats the way they are served" Once I picked my jaw up off the floor I responded "Okay, thats fine" and made a mental note to offer a review on the experience first chance I got. She seemed to sense my displeasure and how horribly unprofessional her response was and came back later on and offer to pay for the 2 awful meals we were served. This is of course the very least they should do and to be fair they did offer to replace the meals but we were late and couldn't wait around.The other 2 meals were also kind of tasteless. My wife got a tiny chicken breast that while not burnt, was not very good. My fajitas were very small portions as well and I likely should have complained about them. They were very bland and cheap on toppings and tortillas which they give out like they are made of gold. I will visit another Montana's again one day, but not this one."
