"Hubby and I came here for a late lunch today. The building doesn?t look like much from the outside. We?ve driven by Charleston?s many times, but never thought anything of it, but the reviews were very positive so we thought we?d give it a try. They are wheelchair friendly. I made reservations and showed up early, but didn?t have to wait. Food is so good. A bit on the pricey side, but worth it. Our waitress (Hilary) was great. The reviews raved about the dynamite shrimp starter. We ordered it after being informed there was no pineapple in the sauce. They taste like honey walnut prawns with a slight kick to it. So yummy! Hubby loved the slaw underneath the shrimp so he ate all that too. He ordered the fish special, Swordfish, and loved it. I ordered the ribs because the reviews raved about it. Without the BBQ sauce the ribs were good, but with the BBQ sauce (no pineapple in it) they were great. The sweet carrots were delicious. The key lime pie for dessert lived up to the rave reviews. I ordered the enchilada stack to go, but had to try a bite so I could review it. Absolutely lived up to the rave reviews. Hilary was attentive without hovering and brought water refills and my root beer refill fast without us having to ask and before the previous glass was empty. We will be going back so I can try the French dip and the pork chops and whatever else sounds good."

"I came in with my girls tonight. Sandwiches were made perfectly. I've never had a problem. But tonight the two girls who work tonight were very friendly and personal and let me come back to this place again and again! You did my whole week. I hope you see that from a single mother who does her best, thank you for your goodness. My girls also loved their notes."

"If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I got the delivery last night for dinner and stopped at the opening and eating it until my man came home from work. he came home and we opened our food to find both subs completely wrong and eat missing. his sandwich was not roasted and had no cheese on it and barely mayo. my subdivision should be sink turkey bacon and be cheese. I had nothing wrong with. I didn't get the chips we ordered. in addition, my undersweepers had on it. I didn't ask for swirling on my support, in which I did an allergy on swirling and if I had taken one bit, I would have landed in the sick house and that would have been much worse than just an annoyed review. when you look at the acknowledgement, it is clear that my order and obviously the person that prepared and packed them did not know what they did, or how to read the entry to ensure that the order is correct. I don't care how much I want a sub again, I will never order after this terrible experience of them."

"Went in and they now make it so you can't see the cheese or meat. All the tomatoes were welted I took pics and it didn't do justice. I just didn't get tomatoes and she said that's what all the ones in the back look like. I also got a kids meal they gave me milk. The sign says milk and applesauce she said either or it's cheaper to get a six inch and something else than that.Parking: Had to park around the corner."

"Bharti was an excellent employee. I went in and the store was clean. Tables wiped and floor spotless. Even where he prepared my sandwich, it was clean. Bharti had a great customer service, was friendly and showed a great character that is so rare compared to other subway locations. I think Bharti, if not already, should do it, because if all employees here or other subway sites presented their cleanliness and customer service, I would definitely do much more than I do now."
