"Normally this subway makes amazing sandwiches, but her personal never saw to project the right energy and customer service. However colby is an absolutely amazing worker I met had an infectious smile and attitude. idk, if he nre, but he definitely deserves an increase, he is so amazing in his work that even if he is new, he deserves an increase, they give him a raise, he is absolutely 100% an amazing person and worker. he deserves a lot of praise, not too ugly colby from my assessment stay humble and keep them on who they are"

"Terriben service. this subway has impressively bad customer service. I have often eaten at this place because it is close to my work and they have a drive, but I can say without doubt that I will never eat there again. because of the comfort factor, I have given it much more chance than I would have. in the last three months the deterioration of this franchise at the hands of their employees noticed. About a month ago I went to get a sandwich and an ice cream, and they informed me that they could not serve ice cream because they found that nobody cleaned the machine. the coworker didn't charge me the cup fee for a water...yippeee once again I went through the drive thru to get a breakfast sandwich before the work, and I waited for ten minutes and no one helped me, so I finally called the load to inform her that I was there. that led to the fact that the employee complained about how bad their intercom system is and how it is not the fault of the worker is not an excuse, I then waited fifteen minutes to make my sandwich because they were so busy in the load. I could see in the load and I was the only customer. no apologies again. So, after these two bad desires, I have eaten a few more paints there (it is in serious the only restaurant near my work that serves everything that even resembles a nice one), and every time I have experienced a long waiting period and rude customer service. But today the last was rough. I went through the drive thru and waited behind two vehicles. I waited for eighteen minutes (I couldn't go because it was a car behind me) and no one recognized me or took my order, although I was drawn to the loudspeaker. finally after the car in front of me left, a guy stuck his hand out of the window and waved forward. no apologies for the eighteen minutes. he asked me what I want in a very annoyed dead. So I tell him what a sandwich I want, and he asks me three times more what a sandwich I want every time with increasing brashness. I repeat myself, but somehow he doesn't get it. then he goes to make my sandwich and I'll wait eight minutes until the ding is finished. at this point I have not saved time and feel really frustrated. When the guy came back, he had bad eating bites in his bart. I did not eat that sandwich and I will never return to this subway. this place is really terrible."
