"This Subway is convenient for those who work downtown. I believe they have a limited open schedule that is only compatible with a 9-5 job. They typically get my order right. I mean, how can they get it wrong? They prepare it in front of you. They do not, however, know how to listen and pay attention. Everytime I am in there and they ask me questions (what type of bread? Cheese? Toasted? Toppings? Etc) they have to ask multiple times! They're so busy talking amongst their coworkers that they pay little to no attention to the customers in front of them. 1 star because that is poor customer service and disrespectful."

"Placed an online order around 6:40 pm then noticed it said pick up 7:10pm. At 6:50 the worker calls and says they're closed, He can't make the food! I asked if he would cancel the order so I could get refunded through Paypal, he told me I had to contact Paypal! I did and Paypal said I'm not eligible for a refund! Guess they reported lies! I hope to go speak to a manager! ALSO HOPE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE! This been going on for a week for $25 are you kidding me!"
