"Was hoping to find a neighborhood gem in East County. Didn't quite happen. Ordered steamed mussels for appetizer and half of them didn't open. The waitress immediately put in another order and all of them were opened and hot. But because it took so long, our entrees came out when we were still eating the mussels. I ordered short ribs and they were cold and very dry. The saffron risotto that came with the short ribs was good. Hubby ordered duck confit and he was just all around disappointed in it."
