"The waitlist we had didn’t open he mouth to talk we had to figure out everything. The food was great the lady that came in i dont know if she was the owners but she came in with a joyful spirit and welcoming. The out problem was the waitress she had a look in her face like why are y’all here I don’t even want to be here she need to change that or y’all will lose customers we stayed because we wanted the food and heard the food was great but the service is horrible so we went. We experienced the same thing the food was great the service was horrible we didn’t know if we sit ourselves or wait. When she came to our table she wouldn’t talk smile nothing she was horrible as hell we went on Saturday at 3:30 and lord she does not need to be a server at all. The place is smal the pics lie to you like it very big it’s not it only fit 15 ppl in the whole place but I’m glad we went early"

"Looking for a nice seafood restaurant, away from the city crowds? Might I recommend Dock of the Bay ll? It?s not even a country mile away. Just over the James River Bridge. I truly have enjoyed each dinning experience. Family friendly environment. Professional and kind staff. This place makes for a very nice date night spot. On the table-grilled salmon asparagus, with a delicious pineapple garlic butter sauce. Crab cake bites. A crab cake sandwich and fries?. Enjoy and let me know what you think. My next stop???? "Absolutely amazing food and service. We walked in and were immediately greeted with a smile. I love the ambiance, the music they play is awesome. The Food was so delicious! We got the sweet potato and cheese pancake, Bulgolgi, LA galbi, and shrimp fried rice. Everything was so freaking good and well seasoned. The ribs were definitely the best I’ve ever had, they came out freshly cooked up and sizzling. We will absolutely be visiting again very soon"

"Best catfish I've had in a very long time. My friend got the catfish, I got shrimp gumbo (recommendation of the clerk). Both were fantastic, and they didn't overwhelm us with sauces. I really like the ambience, too. Like any proper Cajun themed location, they had a variety of hot sauces available. I've put them in a picture from most to least favorite. Will definitely be going back, and recommend this location, especially if (like my buddy I went with) you love catfish."

"We ate a late lunch Saturday and had the fried oysters. They were cooked perfectly with not a lot of breader and didn't have but one bite with any gritty taste. The coleslaw was fresh and not runny and the fries were crispy and not greasy either. They were very busy and service was still great. No delays on taking our order and it only took about 10 or 15 minutes to get our food. It's a little bit out of the way for me to go there on a regular schedule but I'll definitely hit them up anytime we get a chance."
