"Just had great entrecôte steaks last night with home made fries- great as is but even better with a home made bernaise sauce! It's our local and we are so happy it is. Teddy in the kitchen serves up very fresh and great quality food....Hard to choose between the fresh fish, great meat or local savoyard dishes. Its cosy and charming in the winter, and in the summer the terrace is unbeatable. A great destination even if you are staying in the centre of Chamonix. A nice walk past the climbing wall, the Lake of Gailland and then this little oasis. If you haven't been, its time to make a reservation!"

"We were a group of eight. We had an amazing meal here. Everything was authentic and good. The building itself is also very cool (don't miss the fireplace with the huge chimney for smoking meats.) The desert table was great. You won't be disappointed."

"We were at this place thrice during our visit . Tables outside in the sun are simply wonderful in a good sunny day . For lunch we ordered the goat cheese salad and snails both delicious . The pasta with vegetables and Parmesan - that was disappointing, dry and only a few verges that too mainly zucchini. The tartiflette and grilled salmon were very good . The other 2 times we had dessert and coffee which were delicious. Staff were friendly. They were pretty busy so it took a while to attract a waiter's attention and to get the cheque . Overall a nice place in a nice location."
