"The chef, Francis, cares for his food. We had the local classic truffade , in spite of the outdoor temperature reaching over 30 degrees celsius. Inside it was cool enough. we had it with cassoulet (overabundant) and with an onglet (big piece). Food was very good, and service was nice. Had a verveine digestif offered after this lunch. Very nice. Neither cheap nor very expensive: 30-35 euros per dish. A must if you are around."
