"Highly recommend Leonardo! His great energy and positive attitude is what to look for in customer service! The food portions are larger than expected. The food had amazing flavor. Came around Sunday afternoon and was not packed at all. The service was fast. Prices were reasonable. Please keep in mind their hours of operation are wrong on Apple Maps. Was not a fan of the bar server’s attitude or tone of voice (Nicole) she does not seem to have people manners. However, Leonardo was the reason I kept the 5 stars!"

"This restaurant and incredible experience to visit the historic Biltmore Hotel is one of the reasons I moved to Miami. I was often here for special occasions. The service is always excellent and the food delicious. It is a very beautiful and elegant atmosphere, while still welcoming and relaxed. "Very friendly staff and homey feel. Food was really yummy. We sat at the bar and the bartender was amazing. I don't like Bloody Mary's, but she gave us a sample of her homemade recipe and let me just say you have to give hers a try...spectacularly spicey! Will be back."

"They brought me the wrong steak. After talking it back, it took so long that the rest of the dinner party finished their meal and I still did not have mine. By the time they brought the steak the sides were cold. Overall a very unpleasant experience."
