"The food was good I have to say. The shrimp and grits for brunch was delicious. The portion was slightly small, but not a big deal. However, although the food was excellent the service was beyond terrible. It took over 15 minutes for someone to come and visit our table after sitting down and mind you it was not extremely busy. Then after our order was taken and brought to us we never saw anyone again. We sat for a total of 45 minutes without seeing a member of the waitstaff. I was missing a piece of my meal and was never able to get it as we saw no one until the meal was finished and had to flag someone down to pay. It was brought up when paying and was told, “well it was supposed to come with the meal so I can’t do anything about it anymore.” Thanks for that — I appreciate the hospitality, lol. I wish the service was better as this could be a local favorite for me. I will not be returning. /edit. I guess I was so frustrated from my experience I must have left my wallet. Thank you Cheryl, I do appreciate you leaving it where it is accessible. I was not nasty in any way in my review. I was honest in a place where honesty is valued. Btw I am originally from and raised in Texas, glad you made me feel at home."

"You can simply say the love and take care of the owners in this great seafood restaurant!! Really enjoyed the fresh catch, fish was excellently prepared. Really like the ability to choose fish preparation and pages, helps me stay low carb. The vegetables were also excellent! Also recommend the old bay seasoned shrimp appetizer, was very fresh and delicious! Price point, quality and service were all great. Will definitely return soon to try more menu items!"
