"There is not enough cake to describe how rank this meal was, so I will simply stick to the factual: lychee cocktail came out with the flut and two frozen lycheee as a friend of decoration ordered a zero beer and realized halfway through that. they drank 5.1% alcoholic beer. After he told the employee, the manager came out and joked on the approach to say "who is drunk?" I'm sure she tried to be funny. she might have abducted it, but at the end, after offering my friend a replacement zero-alcoholic beer, she said: “By accepting this replacement beer, they will not receive a refund”, which would have been in order again if the art, as it was said, was really apologetic what it is not, only through this announcement. the hühnerburger was the most disgusting thing I've ever eaten. I have starved, but I have to go to a dentist now, as it was, to eat deep roasted car tires. it could also have been calamari, the source it had in it. How does a huh taste like that? is it because it has been frozen for ever? How can you make chicken and gum sauce? I've never eaten anything like that. nice young boy tried a good customer service, but really that eating and all that didn't give him much to work with. So this replacement beer...... she doesn't prove a refund. I'll never evaluate it normally. this time, it's justified."

"The Restaurant was fully booked, but they managed to put us in a great little table in the lounge for our very last minute booking. From the first contact of our phone call, they could not have been more accommodating! Food was amazing, wine & drinks list to die for & not to mention the smashing cocktails! The service from Kate could not have been better - she is an asset to your obviously already well appointed team. We will be back for sure & will be recommending to near & far. Well done team, keep up the great work!! Can't wait to come back."

"A group of four of us were looking for a meal after a conference at the nearby conference and exhibition centre. The menu had limited options, most of which were very traditional choices. I had the Chicken Caesar Salad and it was quite tasty, but overpriced for the serving size."

"Great food, poor service. Upon arrival at the Astor Grill we were warmly welcomed. Our entree and main meals were ordered and received promptly. They were delicious! While we had not yet ordered any drinks we waited patiently while our water was continually topped up by other wait staff. Our plates were taken away and we anxiously awaited to deserts menu we had seen other tables enjoying. Unfortunately we had been forgotten about. We waited for 40 minutes, other tables were receiving great service, drinks, and deserts of course!
