"Incredibly disappointed!!! Went here for lunch today. Was very disappointed. The food took forever to come out, and when it did, bread was stale, was told it was an oyster poboy- prior to ordering, but it was far from a poboy! It was served on a stale hamburger type roll, with very few oysters. French fries were odd and greasy, but the service was horrible! Our server never once refilled our drinks. I had to flag down another server. Our server was more interested in servicing the large party, to collect his tips. We wont be returning. This use to be one of my favorite spots, but for what they charge, vs what the quality of food has been in recent months, its not worth it! FYI look up poboy, so you can actually see how it should be prepared! Use fresh hoagie rolls, and make it memorable! Anyone can serve mediocre food! I think you need to serve outstanding food, and people wont mind paying for it!"

"We had the lobster roll they were very good. The beer wasn't as cold as it should have been, but that's a simple fix. I only do 4 stars unless you knock my socks off."

"My wife and I visited New Smyrna Beach this past week from The Villages. It’s a 2 hour drive going through a lot of construction. We did not enjoy the drive, but we definitely enjoyed the beach! While sitting in the sunshine enjoying the sounds of waves splashing I noticed this restaurant close to where we were sitting. We were seated immediately outside to enjoy the beautiful view. Monday’s offer margarita specials, so I ordered one for $5.00. A whole lotta tequila added to this drink! Loved it. The salad was fresh, cold, and crispy. Our burgers were perfectly cooked and we both enjoyed them. Finished our lunch and walked back to our beach chairs to enjoy the rest of our relaxing day at a very nice beach! Put in Chase’s restaurant on your GPS and it’ll take you right to this beach. I parked on 23rd with steps to the beach (free parking you can take street 27 to an entrance for parking you car on the actual beach next to where you sit! We will be back."

"Grouper bites were too salty. No flavor was found in this meal. Calamari were much better. One kind of sauce was brought for two different appetizers. Main dish: too much noodles and totally raw oysters in my pasta. It was awful. I doubt we would like to come back to try it again. Thank you!"

"10/10 would recommend to seriously anyone. The oysters were nice and salty, the muscles were oh so divine. Everyone at my table inhaled their delicious seafood. This is a great place to go if you wanting a view and live music! The picture is one of the only ones I grabbed, and it was right by the restaurant."
