"I wish I could eat here every night. I have never had less than an excellent meal at LeGrand and I've been going for every special occasion (birthday, promotions, etc) since I moved to Norfolk 5 years ago. I love the new location, too. The service is great and I find the new look relaxing and inviting. I'm excited to bring my kids soon to try the new kids menu."

"One of the best restaurants i've ever been to. hands down worth every penny. the ambiance is definitely intimate, which is awesome for a date night. as for the menu, you can't go wrong with anything you order. however, some items do run out of stock, so if you have your heart set on something, plan your reservation a little earlier.can't wait to go back!"

"I was on travel to NSA and looked for a good restaurant. Saltine’s came up so I thought I would try it. I had oysters which had a unusual taste but I put there “vinegar/shallot/garlic “ on it and it was great. Tried them wit horseradish and hit sauce and stir great. I the had the swordfish. It was wonderful; tender on the inside but a little crispy on the outside. The way I love it! The banana cream pie Pudding was absolutely fantastic! I will return. Parking was hard and I had to walk in an area tag was a bit sketchy. No valet parking available. It was a bit noisy from the bar."

"The foot was great but the price wasn’t. Heaping portions may contribute to the substantial price. Half portions for less would be great. Although the atmosphere, food, and live music offered an awesome experience, I probably won’t return just for the food alone. Definitely a homemade taste but honestly, my Mac and cheese is way better."

"Husband brought me here for the Mother's Day Brunch. The 3 course meal was Absolutely DELICIOUS!!! We both had the Lump Crab Cake and I have to say the Poached Egg on top was cooked to perfection. The drinks were divine and the rose I received at the end of my meal was the perfect treat. We will definitely be back!"

"Recommend by a friend a few months ago and decided to get lunch from there on yesterday. Ordered the combo which included 2 fried whittings, 2 scallops, 2 shrimp, 2 oysters and 2 vegetables hush puppies. The food was hot to order and seasoned well. Fries were hot and cooked well. The slaw container is small but tasty as well. Only downside, I was a little disappointed there is no space for eat-in. Over all nice atmosphere and speedy service. I will do a return visit."
