"I have never gone to google to rate anything! But I’m currently not able to get a hold of anyone in charge of here! I had ordered some snow crab legs and was doubting the weight, the reasons being is that they gave me one full cluster and another one that had skinny legs and was not complete (I wish I could have took a picture). We go here all the time and we have always gotten 3 full clusters. We requested them to get weight again and we’re denied! The server told us that they were already weighed and if we didn’t want them she can just take them bak and give us our money back! (With attitude and her hand on her waist) she mentioned that everyone has been getting only two cluster. Mind you, my son was hungry and that’s all he enjoys eating, if that wasn’t the case I wouldn’t have bought the food and got out of there immediately. My family wasn’t able to eat comfortably, and I’m still wondering who i can reach out to with my complain. All I know is I’m never going there again, the one in sea side has better service and they also give discounts depending on your order, I’ll risk the long drive !"

"This place doesn't even deserve any star. My family had the worst experience in this place. The food was cold and smelled funny. It was my son his girlfriend and my daughter and my two 12 year old grand daughters and my little 3 year old grandson.Well my grandson went for the pizza and fries and spit them out right away. The girls tried a variety of foods and just picked at it saying the food was gross and went for the ice cream. The rest of us kept trying to find some decent food but didn't. My daughter decided to try their such I for her food can be hot well when she returned she had us smell her food it smelled like urine. We called over the owner he smelled it and agreed and said for us to follow him to the register for our refund. When we got there he refused to give us our refund and called over more of his staff which they all started to yell at us like we were in the wrong to get out in front of the kids. We told him we would be calling the police and the health department and news to let other families know before they take their families in there. My grand daughter has be sick for 3 days now with stomach problems. I guess they are experts at this because after waiting for 2 hours for the police they finally called us just to say it's a civil matter. So I rate this place the worst In my whole experience I've ever had.I'm on disability and was taken advantage of but the worst part they put little children and my grown childrens lives in danger with out a care."

I actually delivered a DoorDash for this restaurant, and I came back to order because of their service. She explained the meal in detail and how to adapt it to my pleasure.
