"It's another Sunday and I'm taking my son out to eat. Saw this place in passing and decided I wanted to go. Now we decided to sit outside and I started to regret that decision. They were setting up for live music. I am not a fan of live music when I eat. It is usually to loud and you can't enjoy conversation with people. We were seated quickly and our waitress was there fast to get the drink order. She was pleasant but not overly intrusive which was great. We ordered the Calamari and half a dozen fresh oysters for our appetizers. My son ordered the ultimate fish sandwich and I selected the Mahi Ravioli. The view is excellent and weather was perfect for eating outside. The oysters were small but tasty. The calamari on the other hand was delicious great. The music has started and as I thought it added nothing to the atmosphere. Should have gotten seats further away live and learn. Our food arrived and that fish sandwich is huge. My son he could eat it with or without the tartar sauce. It was just huge to my eyes. Now my meal combined the unique taste of mahi with ravioli and the cream sauce with the mango salsa as a topping. The salsa was mild so it was not overpowering. I highly recommend trying it. Except for the music I liked this place. I give it 3.8 stars."

"Outstanding is the word that comes to mind. Our experience started with Catherine the hostess who great...Our server Victoria was very attentive and helpful with the menu. The cocktails were delicious!!! The food was plated just right. It was our first time there, so we were not sure what to expect. It was a Friday night, they had a great live band. Outdoor seating was amazing. So the menu changes every day. What other restaurant can say that...… They are closed on Sunday's and Wednesday. They do open the 1st Sunday every month for brunch but you better make a reservation early. The owners are also in kitchen, everyone from mother, husband, wife and son. We were surprised by a visit from the owners, and were honored to hear their story and meet them. The food was delicious with an authentic NOLA taste. The desserts were out of this world!!! I highly recommend H'ours Creole Smokehouse and we will definitely be back with family and friends. See you soon! AKA the folks from Baltimore and Louisiana, now living in Florida."

"Not long after stopping at the sponge docks to walk around, we stopped here. My son had his first mahi mahi. He didn 't like it, so I tried it myself. It was terribly dry. Everyone else in my party seemed to think their food was okay . I had a burger and it was great. Drinks were good, and our the guy waiting out table kept them coming. Atmosphere was decent. I probably wouldn 't come here again unless I was going to sit at the bar and drink."

"One of our favorite places to go in Tarpon springs. You always get a really friendly wait staff. The food is delicious.You definitely need to make a reservation if you're going on the weekends.I Find this place to be a little loud. There's usually a band outside on the weekends and they do pipe the music inside. But even when there's not a band, the inside is just loud. It doesn't keep us from going but it definitely is one of the cons for me.It is a fab find and they do awesome takeout as well."
