"Champagne or prosecco? I do not like champagne, and I do not hide that we have always answered this question, probably because we have never had a real good champagne, of quality since yesterday our answer has assumed a different form and our consideration of champagne. from @flutechampagnerieroyale we tried some excellent champagne in combination with perfect dishes to improve his goto and pleasure. we have served with the appetizer a large reserve jacques lorent. cool. decided but at the same time light. was combined with an oyster appetizer and two vol-au-vent: one with asparagus cream and caramelized pepper; the other with veal liver and black pepper. followed by a boeuf bourguignon with mushrooms and chives, really delicious and also this was very nice with champagne. sin not having had some bread with which to make the shoes of the delicious boeuf bourguignon sauce we then finished with a dessert. we served a kind of cheesecake with chocolate nut, crumb on the bottom, instead of candied orange and caramel. also this delicious and accompanied by a peat rebose. the place a mix of elegance and informality, enough to make you feel comfortable both with a jeans and a dress. the two interior rooms can comfortably accommodate customers for aperitif or dinner (open at 17,) as well as the two external dehor (one with velvet armchairs, the other with a more informal cut. ) the evening was further echoed by live music and a kind oyster tribute to all women of the table by a French guest who sat a short distance from us. if for an aperitif or dinner we recommend you try flute champagne and tell us what you think! from bares with love"
