"This is the THE sushi place in town. Just go and have the Mittagsmenü or Abendmenü it will be worthwhile. The quality of the salmon and tuna is very good and you can taste that they are fresh as it gets. The fish/rice ratio is in favour of fish and the whole menü is just nice composed and the best sushi you can get for this price and generally in this town. We very often don't finish the Abendmenü because it is so much, but there is no problem in taking it home. Better reserve before going there or just order to take away. I love this place! (careful, cash only)"

"Of course, before our trip I had researched what Trier has to offer kulinar, so there are too many reviews at GG not, the Oechsle wine and fish house near the Dome woke my interest. I love fish, on holiday by the sea only very rarely comes meat on my plate. My constant companions can be less excited, whole fish don't go, you can see clearly that the part has lived. However, I could talk about our juniors here, but try my salmon... with the result that fish can taste, in the Oechsle, that is undoubtedly the case. So we were here again the next day and Junior ordered his first fish dish. Full success! There is only half a service here, i.e. you order and pay in advance at the counter in the entrance area, the drinks are taken along on a tray and the food is served at the table. You can't imagine how Vapiano, it's much quieter and you don't have the feeling to escape. The offer of four different fish dishes varies daily, as well as there was a fish soup, oysters, a cheese plate, two vegetarian dishes (pasta and salad and two desserts, in addition on the weekly map further recommendations, currently a noble fish trilogy (15.90 € and doradenfilets (19.50 €). I didn't get a bill, but I didn't ask. The salmon as on the previous day also perfectly cooked, nicely juicy and refined with a special fish flavor, the dill sauce certainly not out of the bag, the potatoes cooked to the point, the Riesling very good.
